The Backstory
For years I carried around a "weird hybrid" skillset: solution architecture, product management, and an obsession with understanding how software actually gets built end-to-end. Not quite engineering, not quite pure product. Something adjacent to everything.
Then I built an 8-agent AI system that covers the entire software development lifecycle—and watched it knock out a sprint's worth of work in half an hour. Suddenly, all those years of learning to think in systems made sense.
